Traffic on the Merrit starting to slow down, so I desired to get off exit 36 and do a run on Wabeny Park New Cannan. I did 2 loops and 6 laps on the track for a total of 7 miles at 8:30 Pace. GARMIN
Waveny Park is my favorite place to run in --I will be at the bunny boogie, and so will Frank --it would be great if I could run it with my 14 year old as still recovering:) will look for you -come introduce yourself!.

thats pretty amazing, you were ready for a run while in traffic. beutiful day why waste it in trafic. Nice run, very good pace.
